HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The William Carey Women's Golf Team posted rounds of 303, 313, and 302 to finish in fourth place at the Carey Collegiate.
 
Carey was led by Gracie Bloom in the first round who finished tied for third with an even par 72. Gracelyn Cooley ended round one in tie for fourth place with a two over par with Pattaramon Ruangrung and Aidan Haithcock posting a three over par for end round one in a tie for eighth place.
 
Round two got underway shortly after the completion of the first with Bloom dropping a few spots on the leader board with a three-over par but remained inside the top ten. Cooley remained steadfast posting another two over par to end the day at four over par with Ruangrung posting a four over par
 
Round three saw Bloom surge up the leader board to third place after posting her best round of the tournament with a one over par 73. Also moving up the leader board to finish inside the top ten was Ruangrung with her best round of the tournament with a two over par with Cooley finishing just outside the top ten in eleventh with a tournament total of 12 over par.
 
The Lady Crusaders are back in action Monday, October 20, as they head to Dalton, Ga. to take part in the Roadrunner Fall Invitational, hosted by Dalton State.
