HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The William Carey Women's Tennis Team left little doubt, as they cruised to a 6-1 victory over SCAD Atlanta Tuesday afternoon at the Crusader Tennis Courts.
 
The Lady Crusaders took the double point to open play with Nina Westkamp making it 2-0 with a 6-1,6-2 win at #6 singles.  Victoria Vieten inched Carey closer to the victory with a 6-1,6-1 win at #1 singles.
 
Isabella Lechuga would seal the win for WCU with a 6-3,6-1 win at #3 singles with Tiffany Chang and Gia Posito also winning their matches.
 
Carey is back in action Friday, March 22, as they head to Mobile, Ala. to take on Middle Georgia State to open up SSAC play.
