HATTIESBURG, Miss. - #6 William Carey Men's Soccer used two second half goals to defeat Life University 2-0 Thursday night, at Danny Owens Field.
 
Both teams had some good looks in the first half but could not find the back of the net sending the game into the break scoreless.
 
The game would remain scoreless until the 61^st minute.  That's when Djordje Djukovic crossed the ball from the right side to Roberto Rangel who headed the ball to the feet of Reon Dawes who tapped it in. 
 
A minute later Alessandro Villarreal played the ball to Djukovic who headed it home for the final margin.  The Carey defense took care of the rest limiting the Running Eagles to just one shot on goal in the second half.
 
The Crusaders are back in action Saturday, as they take on #2 Dalton State College in SSAC play.  Kick-off is slated for 4:00 pm at Danny Owens Field.
