HATTIESBURG, Miss. - #5 William Carey Women's Soccer picked up a non-conference win, defeating Georgia Gwinnett College 4-0 Wednesday afternoon.

The Lady Crusaders used a five minute span in the first half to take a commanding three goal lead.  Camila Pescatore got things going with a goal in the 13^th minute.  Three minutes later Pescatore found Mariangela Jimenez to make it 2-0.  WCU capped the scoring in the 18^th minute, as Maria Azarias played a corner kick into the box and Julia Herbst was there to head it home.  The final goal of the match came in the 46^th minute from Kauany Sousa.

WCU is back in action Saturday, October 22, as they travel to Mobile, Ala. to take on the University of Mobile in SSAC action.  Kick-off is scheduled for 5:00 pm.
