Box Score MOBILE, Ala. – The William Carey Women's Soccer Team captured the SSAC Regular Season Title Saturday night with a commanding 9-0 victory over the University of Mobile.

The Lady Crusaders got things going in the 12^th minute on a goal by Kauany Sousa.  Fernanda Pena Nieto made it 2-0 Carey in the 26^th minute with Maria Azarias defeating a Mobile defender in the 42^nd minute to give WCU a three goal lead heading into the half.

The Carey offense put the game away for good in the second half with goals from Sousa and Azarias just three minutes into the half.  The Lady Crusaders added goals from Julia Herbst, Camila Pescatore, Karen Vilau, and Taylor Girouard for the final margin.

Next up for WCU is a trip to Talladega, Ala. to wrap up the regular season against Talladega College.  Kick-off is scheduled for 1:30 pm.
