Neill Kerr, a soccer coach with diverse experience from Louth, Ireland, brings a strong educational foundation to the William Carey Men’s Soccer program. Neill began his soccer management career in 2024 at Jones College, serving as an assistant coach for a year before joining the William Carey Men’s Soccer staff in 2025. Over the years, his contributions have steadily grown. He became the Head Coach of the GCPL 2 Hattiesburg Futbol Club and also served as an assistant coach for the USL 2 team.
Academically, Neill holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance (BS) from DKIT (2021) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Auburn University at Montgomery (2024). He is currently pursuing a Specialist degree in Interscholastic Athletic Administration (IAA) at William Carey University. Now entering his first season with the Crusaders, Neill will serve as a graduate assistant, aiming to contribute to the team's success.
