Coach Dias enters his ninth season as an Assistant Coach for the William Carey University Track & Field Teams with an emphasis in the sprints, hurdles, and relays.

In his first eight years at WCU, Dias has been named 5 x USTFCCCA National Coach of the Year and 13 x USTFCCCA Regional Coach of the Year. Dias’ athletes have seen numerous personal bests with 35 new school records being set under his direction. The sprint and hurdle group has had 26 National Champions under Dias' direction.

During his time at WCU, the Men’s team won the NAIA Indoor Championship in 2020 and the Women’s team have been 8 x NAIA Runner Ups. Dias also coached athletes to 4 National Records in the Women's 60m Hurdles, Women's 4x100m relay, Women's 100m Hurdles, and Men's 100m, 

Before joining the staff at Carey, Dias spent a year coaching at NCAA D3 Anderson University where he coached the sprinters and hurdlers.

Dias graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with emphasis in Coaching and Exercise Science in 2015. He later attained his Master of Education degree in 2018 from WCU.

During his time as an athlete, Dias qualified for the NAIA National Championship 4 times and still holds three individual records at Indiana Wesleyan University in the 60 meters, 200 meters, and 400 meters.
