Biography

Sophia is a junior from Slidell, Louisiana beginning her 3rd year of swimming at William Carey University. She had multiple lifetime bests in her sophomore season in the 50 free at the Sun Conference Championships and 100 and 200 breaststroke at the Delta State Christmas Invite.

During her freshman year she swam a lifetime best of 2:36.91 at the Delta State Thanksgiving Invitational as well as placing in the top 16 at the 2025 Sun Conference Championship.
