Biography
Lilly Windham is a graduate student pursuing a Master's in Biomedical Sciences. She recently graduated from Keiser University in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. During her freshman year, she swam for Saint Francis University (PA) before transferring to Keiser University for her sophomore and junior years. This past season, she competed in nine meets, including the Zippy Invite, the Sun Conference Championship, and the NAIA National Championships.
Windham went on to make finals in the 200 IM, 400 IM, and 200 Breaststroke at the Sun Conference Championship in Ocala, Florida. She placed sixth in both the 200 IM and 400 IM, along with a fifth-place finish in the 200 Butterfly. Windham finished her season competing in the 400 IM, 200 Breaststroke, and 200 Butterfly at the NAIA National Championships in Elkhart, Indiana. In the 200 Breaststroke (2:24.11), she earned 14th place. She also earned All-American honors by placing seventh in the 400 IM with a time of 4:35.35.
