Biography
Amabile is from São Paulo, Brazil, and arrived at William Carey University in January 2026. Since joining the team, she has continued to improve her times in the 500 Freestyle and 200 Backstroke. At the Conference Championship, she qualified for the B-Final in all three of her events: the 100 Backstroke, 200 Backstroke, and 500 Freestyle. One of the highlights of her freshman season was improving her 200 Backstroke time from 2:17 to 2:12 in less than two months.
Amabile is passionate about swimming and is majoring in Psychology. In the future, she hopes to combine her interest in psychology and sports to support and help athletes reach their goals, both in and out of competition.
