William Carey University

Carter is an incoming freshman from Slidell, Louisiana. He began swimming when he was 7 on a summer league team and soon joined the year round team, Hurricane Swim Club. Throughout his career Carter has earned many accolades such as Quarantine Age Group Swimmer of the Year, and multiple medals from both Short Course and Long Course State Championships. In addition, he has competed at the Southern Senior Zone Championship twice. In high school, Carter competed at the division 1 state championship for all four years and is a two time captain of the team. His favorite events are the 500 free, 400IM, and 200IM.
