Biography

2009: Appeared in 20 games, starting 16 with a 15-1 record and a 1.77 era.  All GCAC; NAIA Unaffliated All-Conference; NFCA All-Region; GCAC Honor Roll.
 
2008: Appeared in six games, starting three with one complete game and one shutout, compiling a 3-0 record with a 1.31 ERA in 21 1/3 innings pitched. Threw a no hitter on 4/17/2008 against Judson College and recorded a career high four strikeouts as well. Bush helped the Lady Crusaders to their first NAIA National Tournament appearance.

2007: Appeared in eight games, starting six with two complete games while compiling a 2.55 ERA in 24 2/3 innings pitched. Bush recorded a career high four strike outs against Spring Hill on 4/12/2007.

High School: Prepped at West Jones High School under head coach Sam McDonald

Melanie is a Mathematics Major.
